Maintenance
We provide maintenance to the North East of England via our fleet of dedicated environmentally friendly vans.We never subcontract maintenance work, employing our own engineers to guarantee product and service knowledge and the quality of work we deliver.
Every engineer carries replacement handsets, parts and business telephone systems on their van.
Our standard coverage for normal working hours is ample for the large majority of businesses, however for those requiring around the clock coverage Odyssey operates a 24/7 service.
Our telephone system maintenance agreements are simple and easy to understand, covering whatever it takes to keep you up and running, including all parts and labour.
We may check your line and schedule some work on it, or possibly we may need to despatch an engineer to look at your system, or we might be able to help with some simple retraining. Whatever the problem, Odyssey will be on your case, helping to get your business back to full efficiency in the minimum time feasible.
