Hosted Telephone Systems
Improvements in UK connectivity have paved the way for IP telephony solutions. These give you the flexibility of being able to evolve your desk phone requirements as your business evolves. Odyssey have invested in and own our own hosted telephony platform including the very latest VoIP and hosted PBX solutions that really give our customers the edge.
We work with the market leading IP telephony manufacturer, Mitel.
Using Mitel MiVoice business our team can design hosted voice solutions that support hundreds of sites and thousands of handsets. From basic ringing to full contact centres with call recording and reporting functionality – we have the knowledge and experience to keep your business talking.
A “hosted” telephone system refers to solutions that are stored off premises and managed in a purpose build data centre environment by Odyssey. Some people call them “cloud” phone systems, but they mean exactly the same thing.
In many cases, deploying business communications in a hosted environment means lower up-front costs and reliability not achieved by an on-premises solution. More than simply hosted voice or unified communications, cloud communications is an effective way to build, deploy and scale small, medium and large business communications systems.
Odyssey works with our customers to design an individual solution that meets our customers cost, scaleability and reliability requirements.
