Odyssey Systems was engaged to design and install the telephony infrastructure at Key Legal’s newly-refurbished Yarm office in 2015.
Key Legal was founded in 2013 with aspirations to deliver good quality conveyancing services and wills and probate to customers across Tees Valley. Having launched with an office in Darlington, further growth and expansion followed with the opening of an additional premises on Yarm’s high street.
In tandem with other contractors and installation engineers, Odyssey Systems was engaged to design and install the telephony infrastructure at Key Legal’s newly-refurbished Yarm office in 2015. Key Legal required an effective telephony solution with high speed internet connectivity, to be able to service its clients as it embarked on its latest office expansion.
Given Key Legal’s aspiration for further expansion across the North East, Odyssey Systems designed a scalable service, on SIP, with an option to migrate to a fully-hosted, centralised system, as the business expands. Odyssey Systems installed an onsite LG MG80 phone system, SIP-Trunk and SIP-Over, high-quality FTTC connectivity to enable Key Legal’s team to benefit from high-speed internet and telecommunications, which are crucial in the professional services sector. In addition, Odyssey’s team of engineers produced customised on-hold marketing messages for Key Legal, as part of its free of charge customer benefits.
