Odyssey Systems has a single point of contact for all enquiries. All our customers are able to speak to real people who are trained to deal with their queries. We currently offer three levels of maintenance contracts, which can guarantee a response up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our highly skilled team of engineers provides first class maintenance and technical support. As we only deal with one manufacturer and hold a minimum of three of each spare parts in stock at all times, you can be sure that any requirements will be available instantly.
We do not use sub-contractors. All maintenance is carried out by our own engineers and our own fleet of vehicles, all of which are fully equipped with tools and spares.
