James Hay, from Hartlepool, has spent five years with Cable & Wireless, where he was a team leader, working on such services as webmail for an NHS client, before joining Odyssey, which is based at Preston Farm, Stockton.
A keen basketball player and football fan, James found the job through searching online and working with the Work Matters recruitment agency.
