Each customer is allocated a personal Project Manager who oversees every stage of the installation and acts as a single point of contact. Installations are carried out with minimum disruption by our team of highly experienced and customer-focussed engineers.
A dedicated training team ensures that all our customers receive a flexible training package structured to suit their individual needs. As each company is different, training can be built around the daily running of an office to ensure minimal disruption.
After installation is completed, support continues in the form of a comprehensive, around-the-clock maintenance contract that ensures any problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.


Odyssey Systems believes that providing support and maintenance for your telecoms system is crucial to your business, so you will always get the highest quality of service to match your contract! We operate maintenance in two ways.
- We offer a high quality business hours service, 9.00 to 5.00 weekday, which covers support and maintenance for many of our customers.
- We also offer a premium service which operates 24/7 for customers who need the highest levels of service and maintenance.
We may check your line and schedule some work on it, or possibly we may need to despatch an engineer to look at your system, or we might be able to help with some simple retraining. Whatever the problem, Odyssey will be on your case, helping to get you business back to full efficiency in the minimum time feasible.


Odyssey Systems has a single point of contact for all enquiries. All our customers are able to speak to real people who are trained to deal with their queries. We currently offer three levels of maintenance contracts, which can guarantee a response up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our highly skilled team of engineers provides first class maintenance and technical support. As we only deal with one manufacturer and hold a minimum of three of each spare parts in stock at all times, you can be sure that any requirements will be available instantly.
We do not use sub-contractors. All maintenance is carried out by our own engineers and our own fleet of vehicles, all of which are fully equipped with tools and spares.
